  1. Natural Honey: Honey is treated as one of the best home remedy that can be used to fight with eye infections. Since natural honey contains many properties of antibacterial that helps your eye to cure from certain infections.  From the research, it is found that a compound named methylglyoxal is present in honey which helps your eye and body to fight from infections.

How to Use:-

  • Take same amount of honey and distilled water.
  • Mix the above ingredients well.
  • Take a cotton pad and put solution on it.
  • Use this remedy 3-4 times in a day.
  1. Green Tea: Green Tea consists of tannic acid and various types of nutrients and antioxidants that helps in maintaining our eye health. Tannic Acid helps to fight your eye from infections. It also reduces eye-puffiness or eye- stress.

How to Use:-

  • Take two green tea bags and put them in hot water.
  • After few minutes take out those bags from the water and squeeze out the excess of liquid from tea bags.
  • Now, put both tea as well as tea bags in the refrigerator to cool.
  • You can use cool tea to wash your eyes. By doing this, your eyes will get relief.
  • After that, you can also place the tea bag on your closed eyes for about 20 minutes.
  • Repeat this remedy daily so as to get relief from pain.
  1. Saline Solution: Common Salt solution can be used to get rid from your inflamed and itchy eyes.  Homemade Saline Solution can be used for your eyes.

  • Take one spoon of salt and mix it in one cup of water.
  • Try it on your affected part of eyes.

  • Mix 1 teaspoon of salt in 1 cup of water.

You can prevent dryness of your eyes by using aloe- Vera gel. For smoothness of your eyes, take aloe-Vera gel on a piece of soft cloth and keep it on your closed eyes for half an hour.

  • Boil 5-6 guava leaves in a glass of water.
